Two days ago I was trying to convince a my best friend to start her own blog and when she told me she wasn't sure she was able to let other people, other than their closest, read what she thinks and feels my argument was that I've been having my blog for a while now and didn't had more than an sporadic reader that ended up lost on the web and found himself on my blog.

Well apparently I was wrong..

According to Blogger Status my blog have readers and I have to confess it caught me by surprise.

So far this Blog has been a place open to the world were I write what I find interesting and some of my thoughts and feeling about what goes on in my life, and most recently it has been the place were I started my Happiness Project, witch had made write more often than I used to, but I never thought someone could be following me (I still don't).

If what Blogger Stats says it true, today there had been 40 pages views (so far) and yesterday was visited 63 times most visitors been from U.S. followed by Mexico, Thailand (Thailand? really?), Brazil, Argentina, Turkey, Israel, Kuwait (??) Netherlands and Portugal (the last 4 with 2 visits this week).

I might be wrong but I still believe that all this numbers are form unexpected visitors, people getting to this blog by surfing the web, and I really hope that's true because, if proven wrong, it might increased the odds of someone I know reading it.

Now, before closing this post I would like to tell my sporadic readers a few words.

First of all, Welcome to my blog wherever the wing brought you from. Here I write everything that comes trough my mind or I find interesting. Basically you will find a compilation of my day by day among some news or images I find interesting. I don't think other than me could find it useful but, if you find something interesting you would like to use, feel free to reproduce it. Original source credit would be really appreciated thought is not mandatory, and, if possible, a once in a while comment when you have something to say would be really thoughtful of you and it will prove my no-followers theory wrong.

昨日友だちとブログを始めてと言いました。ブログでハピネス・プロジェクトを買えてでも友だちは世界と気持を読めるは怖いです。
友達のブログは私ととっても力になりますですから友だちともいちど申し入れます。

Yesterday I talk with my friend about starting a blog were she can track her Happiness Project, however she says she's too shy to start one and that she would only share what she thinks and feel with close people like me and the thought of writing it out for anyone to read it scares her.
I'll try to convince on starting an blog with no reference at all to her so she can freely write on it without been afraid of been discovered by someone that knows her. I really have to find a way to make her start her own blog It would really help me with keeping mine.

試験の申込書を遅れて、2月18日（土）は試験はしています！！昨夜は面白いでした。彼女はフェレットと遊んでから笑いをとりました。彼女の笑いの声はとっても大好きです！。
会社は遅く出来ましたですから運動しませんでも今日会社は７時に出来たいです！

Just sent the email with the Test Application form and looks like the 18th will be the day for the test.
Last night Sweetheart had a great time with the ferrets. she looked so cute trying to feed Todd a treat, in the middle of the living room on her knees fighting with Todd while she tried to smash the small treat on a kitchen table with a rock. To bad I didn't had my camera at hand.
I love to hear her laughing . I love to hear the sound of her laugh. It looks like our talk last weekend worked, she hasn't done much on the reading but she surely looks like she's enjoying every day.
Finally, we were supposed to start exercising since TV is up and running however we couldn't because I arrive to late at home so today I'm leaving work punctually.

今週末はいそがしいでした。
土曜日は英語のクラスを終わりました！英語のクラス行って、家へ帰って、市へ行って、スパマーケットへ行って、家へ帰りました。
とっても忙しいの日でした！疲労感になりました！
日曜日は彼女と朝ごはんを食べたからPlanAと言って、Wiiをしていました。

We had a long and busy supermarket weekend. It was my last English class and I'm ready for the IELTS. Sweetheart and I had a talk about her, she had been quite unhappy lately and it has been draining me which worried me most. I think we worked things out and settled all our worries about plan A.

仕事の接見

金曜日は新しいの仕事の接見がありました。新しいの仕事は私の仕事違はためにありましたでもたくさんの質問がありましたも確定判決していませんでした。月曜日はもいしどかけて、新しいの接見があります！
接見から彼女は会社に見えました。すごいいの夜がありました！

Friday was the job interview with was quite entertaining. Its been quite a while since I didn't do a job interview (psychological test included). The opening was for a outsourced Project Manager position for which they didn't had much info. I made quite a good impression however I told them I couldn't take a decision if I didn't know exactly what the job was about.
They are supposed to call me today t set the day for an interview with their client.

昨夜に彼女は窓を開けて、閉めて忘れました。
夜は寒かったでしたかた夢のなかで極地圏のスターシオンにありました。
大きいのワインドブレーカーを着ていましたでもとてっも寒いでした！。
ああ！窓は開けてを忘れません！

Last night Sweetheart opened the living room window and we forgot to close it so I dreamt I was In a Polar Station wearing a huge polar jacket however I was freezing, even when I could see other people wearing shorts and tanks...

I have to forget to check all windows are close before going to bed.

今日素晴らしい一日でした。土う曜日は英語のコースを終わってですから半分宿題をおしていました。も今日電話をかけたので明日は新しいの新仕事の面接があります！！よかった！！

Today has been a good day! Finished the first part of my homework (Saturday is my last class)
and got a call for a job proposal. I have an interview tomorrow and I'm quite exited about it even though Plan A is still the way to go.

昨夜は夢の中でメキシコの歌手のFeyさんは会社に写真取るへ来ました。Feyさんきれくて、はやさしいの小女でしたから友達と私とたくさん写真を取りました。面白いでした！

Last night I dream that Fey (yea the Mexican singer) was at the office for a photo shooting. she was really cute and such a nice person that a friend of mine and I ended up having a great time taking a lots of pictures with her.

昨日は忙しいでしたもたくさんしてしました。
虫ちゃんはとっても面白いです！

Yesterday was one of those days that just seam to have no end at all so I could do lots of things, even had time to play for a while.
Mushi has been really playful this 2 last days barking us all and jumping around.
Two nice girls gave a Red bull sample in the late afternoon. They were driving this cool Mini Cooper with a fridge in the back.
I finally captured the weekend missing tracks in the spending chart.

Resolution: One-Sentence Journal

One of the first resolutions I want to add is to have a One-Sentence Journal.

Unfortunately I'm part of that group of people that, even when I want to, I cannot write a ~~Diary~~ Journal with every detail that happens in my life (That is something I admire about R).

Don't get me wrong I love to write, and most of my thoughts are ready to be written I just haven't find a way to match thinking time with writing time.

Lucky for me I found the answer for this problem: write a One-Sentence Journal.

Instead of writing long detailed entries write short, concise sentences that will not only help me record what is happening in my life but also will help me track my resolutions achievements and the things I want to do as well as those I'm grateful I have

With this resolution I'll have the opportunity update my blog more often and it will be a reminder that "Days are long but years are short". It will also be a good exercise to "Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good".

Another advantage is that since the entries I'll write wont be too long I can use them to improve my Japanese so the Idea will be no just to keep them short, but to write them both in English and Japanese.

My Happiness Project

I've just finished reading Gretchen Rubin's "The Happiness Project".

I have to confess that it is not the usual book I would read, I picked it up thinking it was a novel and just when I start reading It I realized it was not, however the idea of finding out how happier can you become got me stuck to the book.

Gretchen Rubin did a enormous amount of investigation on why people is or is not happy and started her own Happiness Project knowing that even when she was happy, or at least not unhappy, she was not sure if the could be even happier.

So why not been as happy as possible and in the meanwhile learn how to be happy in case something really sad happened to you?

The book is an step by step guide to how to start a Happiness Project with tips and tricks and she even made a webpage to help you start your own Happiness Project (you can find it here) were you have the tools she used to start your own Happiness Project and see other people projects.

As I said it's not the regular book you will find me reading but the authors perspective and her resolution to be happier made me think about how happy am I and how much happier could I be.

I started my Happiness Project on the tools webpage when I realized that I already have a blog that can be used as a platform for it and could give me more freedom so, I'm moving what I already had to this site and will start from this post on.

I want to add more people (Sweetheart included) to this quest so we can share and compare and encourage each other to keep our resolutions and blogs updated.

Sick Again

There was dinner and we had fun, but somehow I never felt like X-mas was happening.

Fist I thought it was because it happened on a weekend but I some other X-mas weekend came to mi mind and even when I didn't celebrate I did felt it was X-mas.

I don't know if I was the only one that felt like this. I really enjoyed X-mas but it just never felt "special".

Opening the old suff chest

By the end of last year i found myself trying to figure out how to put behind something that I've been caring for some time.

After thinking over and over about it a few days before new years eve i found a way of turning a hurting experience into a learning experience.  

I realized that, even when it didn't have the best ending, there were great things and at the end, those sour things that hurt helped me confirm i don't want them in my life.

So by the end of the year I've turned that experience into a growing and learning experience and put it behind.

Or so i thought.

This week i dreamed about R.

Twice.

And both dreams left me with a certain unpleasant feeling.

Double unpleasant in fact, because it made me realize that maybe i didn't left it all behind as i thought. 

Even more awkward was my sweetheart suggesting me that maybe i should call R, or at least her mom, to check if she's OK, and i have to confess the idea has been on my mind all day fighting with that feeling you have when you are about to dig into your past.

That feeling of been about to open an old chest were you could find the greatest of the treasures or the roten of the corps.

I guess I'm about to realize if i really put  it all behind as I thought i did.

- Ok this is the deal. I would like to get rid of a big emotional load i have and this years ending sounded like a great time to do that.
